Shipping Information
All orders placed using a credit card will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. UPS delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. If you need your wedding favors or favors sooner we also offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight shipping. Shipping prices on heavy items or to the West coast may be slightly higher. Items that are out of stock:
If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
Personalized Items:
Personalized orders can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. If you need to rush your personalized order please call us for prices on express shipping to your area. You can reach our customer service department at (801) 318-5715
We do not ship internationally:
Shipping outside of continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. For rates e-mail us at: info@weddingfavros-smart.com
We can ship to Canada but we are not responsible for any extra duty fees.
Payment:
We accept payment by credit card, personal check or money order.
Credit Card Orders:
We accept VISA, Master card, and American Express.
Orders by Personal Check:
Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped out 1 week after receipt of the check.
Broken Items:
If your wedding favors order comes damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces after they are sent back to us.
Typographical Errors:
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. These errors occur very rarely. If you have a question about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and fix the problem.
Damages:
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some
occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you
replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements
via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges
necessary to get you the replacements in time for your customer's
affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund.
Orders must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery to you.
Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and we do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns on any personalized orders and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).
